Bill Brown

Bill Brown has extensive experience in ethics and compliance, currently serving as a CCT Compliance Advisory Officer at Computershare since September 2021 and as the Owner of Integritas-Semper, LLC since June 2019. Previously, Bill spent 15 years at Spectra Energy, where leadership roles included Director of Ethics & Compliance, Manager of Ethics and Compliance, and Lead Analyst in Ethics and Compliance, focusing on compliance policy development and strategic implementation. Bill's earlier career included a role as a Paralegal II at Duke Energy, contributing to various legal and compliance projects. Bill holds a Master of Science in Professional Writing and Technical Communications from the University of Houston-Downtown, an MBA from the University of Phoenix, a BA in Political Science from the University of St. Thomas (TX), and a Paralegal Certificate from the American Institute for Paralegal Studies.
