Brian Heffernan

Brian Heffernan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in relationship management and customer experience. At EquiServe, from 1994 to 2005, Brian held the position of Relationship Manager. Afterward, Brian worked at Computershare as Relationship Manager and later as Vice President of Product Development until August 2021. Most recently, Brian served as Customer Experience Owner at Citizens from August 2021 to July 2023. Brian holds a degree in Business Administration from Bentley College's Elkin B. McCallum Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Eastern Nazarene College.
