Bryn Jones is currently the Head of Technology Incident Management at Computershare, overseeing a global team dedicated to managing Major Incident and Problem processes across various business lines. Previously, Bryn held roles such as Major Incident Manager and Senior Incident & Problem Manager at Sky, where they managed high-profile incidents for products and services across Europe. With a solid background in IT support spanning multiple organizations, Bryn has experience in managing critical incidents and providing support in government, financial, and engineering sectors. Bryn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing & IT and Business from The Open University and is actively pursuing Cyber Security Operations through the same institution.
