Caroline Goodrum

Caroline Goodrum is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience spanning over a decade in various roles at Computershare, beginning in March 2015. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition Advisory, Caroline focuses on designing and implementing innovative talent strategies aligned with organizational People Plans. Previous positions include secondment as Head of Talent Acquisition Operations - Global, where Caroline managed a global team and developed a new operating model, and as Regional Head of Talent Acquisition for the EMEA region. Prior to Computershare, Caroline held recruitment and HR roles at HML and Scarborough Building Society, along with customer service positions at Disney Cruise Line and Walt Disney World. Caroline holds a BTEC in Sports Science from Yorkshire Coast College.
