Cecilia Williams

Cecilia Williams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client solutions and business development, currently serving as Client Solutions Director at Computershare since April 2015. In this role, Cecilia is responsible for providing innovative solutions to both existing and new clients, particularly focusing on IPOs and governance solutions. Previously, Cecilia held the position of Head of Asset Reunification at Georgeson from April 2012 to March 2015, driving EBITDA growth through new sales and cost control. Earlier experience includes working as Business Development Director and Commercial Client Director at Computershare, and Investment Centre Manager at Charles Schwab, where Cecilia established a new investment centre. Cecilia began a career in corporate banking after completing a fast track graduate program at NatWest Bank. Academic credentials include a BSc in Business Economics from the University of Leicester and A levels from North Devon College.
