Cosimo Pantaleo

Cosimo Pantaleo, CPA, CA, is the Global Head of Tax Partnering at Computershare, a position they have held since 2022. With a robust background in finance and taxation, Cosimo previously served as Director of National Taxation at Computershare Canada from 2013 to 2022 and was the President/Owner of VICO Management Group Inc. since 2010. They also have experience as a Finance Consultant at Pivot Acquisition Corp. and held key roles at KPMG and Kaboose Inc. Cosimo earned a BA in Mathematics for Commerce from York University between 1990 and 1995.
