Dan Medeiros

Dan Medeiros is an experienced professional with a diverse background in contract negotiation and operational management. Currently serving as a Contract Negotiations Specialist at Computershare since November 2019, Dan oversees the entire life cycle of Transfer Agency contracts and has implemented a SharePoint solution that significantly reduced contract processing time. Prior to this role, Dan held the position of Vice President of Finance and Operations at SoftArtisans, where involvement in a multi-million dollar IP transaction with Microsoft was notable. Dan also managed business operations at Nashua Family Dentistry and operated a law practice focused on bankruptcy and corporate reorganization. Dan holds a Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Economics from Brandeis University.
