Gary Nazare

Gary Nazare is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in corporate trust and financial services. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and COO at Computershare since September 2020, Gary is also an advisor and the Lead Director at Ortho-tag, guiding the commercialization of innovative medical devices. Previously, Gary held the position of Senior Managing Director at Western Alliance Bank, where responsibilities included building a national business line for escrow services and enhancing client experiences through technology. Gary's career at BNY Mellon spanned over two decades, where multiple roles included Managing Director and Group COO, overseeing significant operations in client service delivery and alternative investment services. Starting their career at J.P. Morgan, Gary has cultivated a strong foundation in financial management, earning a BA in Accounting & Finance from William Paterson University of New Jersey.
