Gordon Letham

Gordon Letham has extensive experience in IT service management, currently serving in the Office of ITSM at Computershare since February 2023. Prior to this role, Letham was a Service Delivery Manager at iomart from January 2022 to February 2023, where the focus was on delivering exceptional customer service and technical excellence. Letham spent over 27 years at Jabil, specializing in IT service management with a strong emphasis on process improvement and reporting, particularly in Incident, Request, Problem, and Change Management. The use of ServiceNow and its Performance Analytics tool was a key part of Letham's role. Letham's career began at Ferranti as a Work Study Engineer, with progressive roles in IT management and analysis.
