Imogen Sharpe

Imogen Sharpe is the Global Head of Employee Relations at Computershare, where they are responsible for setting strategic direction and improving processes in employment relations. With extensive experience as an HR Business Partner in notable companies such as Zurich Insurance and Endsleigh Insurance Services, Imogen has a proven track record in managing change projects, including redundancy and TUPE exercises. They hold a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Occupational Psychology from the University of Wales, along with further qualifications in personnel management and employment law.
