Jason Stout has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as the Global Head of Operations for Customer Operations at Computershare since October 2010. In this role, Jason oversees service delivery across six countries and ten lines of business, managing an operating budget exceeding $100 million and leading a team of over 2,000 employees. Jason has established an operations-led, insight-driven Customer Experience team that emphasizes continuous improvement and enhanced digital service channels while aligning technology roadmaps with global business priorities. Prior experience includes positions such as SVP Shared Service Operations and Senior Manager of Operations at Computershare, as well as Director of Corporate Actions Operations at The Colbent Corporation and Senior Operations Manager at EquiServe. Jason holds a Master of Science in Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Muhlenberg College.
