Jeff Hynes

Jeff Hynes is currently serving as a City Council Member and Mayor Pro Tempore for the City of Charles Town since 2021. Prior to this role, Jeff held multiple positions including Payroll Manager at Lexington Center for Recovery, Inc., and various analyst roles at Wells Fargo, contributing significantly to financial reporting and compliance. Jeff also worked as a Business Support Manager at Computershare, and holds degrees in Sociology and Criminal Justice from McDaniel College, as well as multiple finance-related disciplines from Towson University.
