Jen Usher

Jen Usher is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in learning and development, talent management, and service excellence. Currently serving as the Head of Service Excellence at Computershare, Jen drives global service initiatives for the People Team while also leading a team focused on people systems and governance. Previously, Jen held roles including Head of Learning and Development, where responsibilities included enhancing employee experiences and supporting talent development. Jen's career spans various organizations, including UKAR, Bradford & Bingley, HML, and Bradford Care Trust, where strategic leadership in talent acquisition, training, and organizational effectiveness has been a consistent focus. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Human Resources Management and Development, alongside several leadership and coaching certifications.
