Katherine Rasmussen

Katherine Rasmussen is currently the Associate General Counsel at Computershare, where they provide corporate regulatory services. Previously, Katherine held the position of Vice President, Corporate Counsel at LenderLive from 2016 to 2019 and served as Legal Counsel/Compliance Officer at Universal Lending Corporation from 2009 to 2012. Katherine's experience also includes roles as Vice President, Associate Counsel at Urban Lending Solutions, and a Law Clerk at the City of Troy City Attorney's Office. Katherine earned a J.D. from Cooley Law School in 2009 and holds a B.S. in Psychology from Nebraska Wesleyan University, obtained in 1999.
