Kevin Brennan

Kevin Brennan serves as the Executive Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Client Management at Computershare since November 2012, overseeing business development for US equity services and key strategic relationships. Prior to this role, Kevin managed the equity plan services business at Computershare U S Plan Managers. Kevin also held director and managing director positions at Georgeson Securities Corporation and Bank of New York Mellon, where responsibilities included directing sales, marketing, and communications, as well as managing a significant merger integration. Kevin began a career in sales and marketing at Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company. Kevin holds a BBA in Marketing from Manhattan University.
