Marc Winters

Marc Winters is the Global Head of Operations at Computershare since December 2021. Prior to this role, Marc held various Managing Director positions at Bank of America, overseeing Operational Risk, Operations Compliance, Client Operations, Futures & Options and OTC Clearing Operations, Regulatory Change, Derivatives Operations, Global Settlements, and European Middle Office & Operations. Before Bank of America, Marc served as the Head of European Derivative Operations at JP Morgan. Their career began at Merrill Lynch, where Marc held roles in Middle Office, Finance, and COO. Marc holds a degree in Economics and Accounting from Manchester University and attended St. Albans School.
