Mark Kopelman

Mark Kopelman is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and strategic management across various industries. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at Computershare since May 2018, Mark previously held the position of CEO at Group Five LLC, where the focus was on enhancing the value of business-to-business partnerships. Mark's tenure at Broadridge spanned nearly a decade, where roles included Vice President of Strategy and Product Development, COO and Head of Strategy & Product for Corporate Issuer Solutions, and General Manager of the Stock Transfer Business. Prior positions include Vice President of Digital Strategy at Scholastic, and multiple leadership roles at RR Donnelley, where significant contributions included returning business segments to profitability and overseeing strategic initiatives. Mark holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, obtained between 2002 and 2004.
