Matthew Kalinowski

Matthew Kalinowski is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Global Head of Litigation at Computershare since January 2024, managing a team focused on a range of litigation and regulatory matters worldwide. Prior to this role, Matthew held positions at Computershare U.S. as Head of Litigation & Associate General Counsel, and at MUFG as Vice President & Counsel, where responsibilities included managing litigation and regulatory enforcement actions. Earlier experience includes roles at Deutsche Bank as Vice President & Senior Counsel in Litigation & Regulatory Enforcement, and at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP as an Associate specializing in complex commercial litigation. Matthew began his legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk at the District of Columbia Court of Appeals and has also worked as a law clerk and legal intern at various organizations. Matthew holds a JD from The George Washington University Law School and a B.A. from UC San Diego.
