Mike Northagen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management within the document custody sector. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations at Computershare since November 2021, Mike leads the Document Custody division, providing innovative solutions for residential and commercial mortgage markets, as well as the consumer loan market. From October 2002 to April 2022, Mike held a similar role at Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., overseeing the Document Custody division and continuing to deliver industry-leading services. Prior to that, Mike was the Production Director at GMAC - RFC, where responsibilities included leading sales and operations teams focused on retail loan production. Mike Northagen earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Minnesota between 1980 and 1984.
