Neil Cook

Neil Cook has extensive experience in legal operations, currently serving as the Legal Operations Director at Computershare since March 2020 and as the Board Chair at Melbourne Montessori School since January 2022. Prior to these roles, Neil Cook was a Legal Operations Consultant at N Cook Consulting for a short period in late 2019, and held the position of Head of Legal Operations at Woolworths Group from January 2018 to November 2019. Neil Cook's career began at Herbert Smith Freehills, where responsibilities included Operations Manager from October 2001 to November 2017, with a focus on Asia Pacific operations. Neil Cook holds a degree from Croydon College of Higher Education, attended from 1991 to 1994.
