Nicholas Richards is the Head of Operations Technology at Computershare, where they lead the Operational Technology function that supports the Contact Centre and the broader operational team’s applications and services. With over 15 years of experience at Computershare, Nicholas began their career as a Project Manager and has since advanced through various global management roles in Infrastructure and Development. They previously worked at Lloyds TSB as an IT Project Manager and at HBOS as a Senior IT Business Analyst. Nicholas holds a degree in Estate Management from the University of the West of England.
