Niki Darby is a Lead IT Project Manager at Computershare, where they currently manage the Windows 10/Office 16 upgrade and an IT work stream within a site rationalisation project. Niki joined HML in January 2014, initially focusing on both Business and IT projects, and they were instrumental in the successful implementation of HML's first BPM solution, which received the Global Excellence in BPM & Workflow 2009 award. Prior to their tenure at HML, Niki held several roles, including Principal BPM Technical Consultant at Callcredit Information Group and BPM Manager at HML, to develop and govern BPM practices. Niki holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science and Software Engineering from Lancaster University.
