Paul Moreland is currently the Global Head of Delivery Excellence at Computershare, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, they served as the Head of Cloud Engineering & Platform Optimisation at Virgin Money from 2024 to 2025 and held various managerial roles at Virgin Money, including Digital Technology Manager from 2017 to 2020. Paul also worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Software Manager from 2014 to 2017 and was the IT Manager for PFI Projects at Laing O'Rourke between 2006 and 2009. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Glasgow Caledonian University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of the West of Scotland.
