Philip Dean

Philip Dean has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as Vice President at Computershare since September 2014, where responsibilities include managing a department overseeing structured products and serving as Trustee for over 150 structured products, including Collateralized Loan Obligations and Leveraged Loan Facilities. Previously, Philip held roles at Wells Fargo from April 2007 to September 2014, including Business Process Management Consultant, where efforts focused on efficiency and process improvement within the Small Business Administration Government Lending Program, and CDO Client Service Manager, responsible for administration of Corporate Structured Investment Vehicles. Earlier experience at Bank of America involved Financial Product Management, overseeing teams and projects to achieve loan loss goals. Philip Dean holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
