Reena Shukla

Reena Shukla is an accomplished professional in operational risk and control with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Global Head Ops Risk & Control at Computershare since October 2022, Reena has previously held significant roles at Bank of America, including Managing Director for Global Head of Banking Ops Risk and Compliance and EMEA Head of Client Services, focusing on client support for trading services. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Futures & OTC Clearing at JPMorgan Chase and a Vice President role at Merrill Lynch, where Reena began a career initiated through a graduate program. Academic qualifications include a degree in Maths and Computing from Imperial College London.
