Rhodri Roberts is currently a Global People Business Partner at Computershare, where they focus on designing and delivering people strategies that align with business objectives. They have extensive experience in organizational development, leadership coaching, and employee relations, collaborating closely with executive leaders across multiple regions. Previously, Rhodri held roles including Lead People Business Partner and Employee Relations Consultant at Computershare and completed a Graduate Management Programme at the Bank of Ireland. Rhodri holds a First Class Honours degree in Business Studies with Human Resource Management and a distinction in their Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of the West of England.
