Sam Colquhoun MSc, Chartered FCIPD, is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in leadership roles within various organizations. Currently serving as Head of People at Computershare since November 2023, Colquhoun leads the design and delivery of people strategies within the UK Leadership team to enhance employee experience and support complex business objectives. Previously, as Head of Global Change at BioPhorum from September 2021 to October 2023, Colquhoun managed a team to deliver significant change initiatives within the biopharmaceutical sector. Colquhoun also held roles as HR Director at Maximum Benefit Ltd, where extensive consulting services were provided, and as Founder and MD at Right Hand HR Ltd, offering outsourced HR services across Europe. Additional experience includes serving as Associate Director of Human Resources for Bristol Myers Squibb in EMEA, as well as an HR Manager at ZF Group. Colquhoun holds an MSc in Human Resource Management from the University of Sunderland.
