Shonda Irby Coe

Shonda Irby Coe is an experienced attorney currently serving as Associate General Counsel at Computershare. They possess expertise in domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including structured finance and public finance, having previously worked as Vice President & Senior Counsel at Wells Fargo and as Senior Counsel & Managing Director at The Bank of New York Mellon. Shonda began their legal career as an Associate at Seward & Kissel LLP, where they represented banks and trust companies in a variety of complex financial transactions. They earned a Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Clemson University, along with completing the Women’s Global Executive Leadership Development Program at the Solaris Executive Leadership Development Academy.
