Stephen Tidswell

Stephen Tidswell currently serves as the Head of IT Engagement at Computershare, where responsibilities include fostering collaboration between business functional leads and IT, managing relationships with IT service partners, overseeing contractual obligations, and coordinating financial planning activities. Prior to this role, Stephen was a Programme Delivery Manager at Asda, leading a mainframe migration project, and held several positions at International Personal Finance Plc, including Head of Delivery for Mobility, where a mobility strategy was developed for a large field-based workforce. Stephen also has extensive experience at Virgin Media and Telewest Communications, leading application support and client relationship management functions. Stephen holds a BA (Hons) in English, History, and Politics from De Montfort University.
