Steven Allen has extensive experience in technology and service management, currently serving as the Head of Improve Employee Experience at Computershare since March 2018, where a focus on employee-centric innovation enhances productivity and engagement. Previously, Steven held roles including Head of Global Service Desk, managing 24x7 support across multiple regions, and Service Desk Team Lead, leading a busy global team in incident management and service improvement. Prior experience includes positions as a Mortgage Adviser at MOV8 Financial, Account Manager/Technical Support at Edinburgh Mortgage Centre, and Team Leader Aeronautical Engineer at Vector Aerospace.
