Tom Bloomfield

Tom Bloomfield is a seasoned professional in corporate governance and compliance, currently serving as the Managing Director of Entity Governance and Compliance ANZ at Computershare since 2025. Previously, Tom held various leadership roles, including General Manager for Growth & Partnerships at BoardRoom Group from 2021 to 2024, where they focused on strategic partnerships and business development. Before that, Tom was the Managing Director of CCS Corporate Services from 2009 to 2011, overseeing corporate secretarial and governance services, and demonstrating a strong track record in fostering key collaborations across the industry. Tom's career began as a Corporate Governance/Legal Assistant at BT Global Services from 2003 to 2007, and they gained further experience in corporate secretarial governance at TMF from 2007 to 2009.
