Tyson Adams

Tyson Adams is an experienced corporate attorney currently serving as Corporate Counsel for Computershare since October 2015, where responsibilities include leading legal strategies for the Asset Reunification Business and managing vendor agreements. Prior to this role, Tyson worked at Stites & Harbison from September 2009 to September 2015 as an attorney in the Business and Finance Group, focusing on complex corporate and financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. Earlier experience includes working as a Loan Officer at Wells Fargo from July 2004 to August 2006. Tyson holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Louisville and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Western Kentucky University.
