Will Gavin has extensive experience in sports coaching and officiating, having served as a Sports Referee for Weymouth Street Hockey League Inc from April 2017 to May 2023 and as Head Coach at A Sporting Chance from July 2016 to August 2023. Will focuses on fostering an inclusive environment promoting sportsmanship and respect among players. In addition to sports, Will is currently a Substitute Paraprofessional with Boston Public Schools, where responsibilities include lesson planning and creating a positive learning environment. Previous experience includes a role as a Data Entry Specialist at Aspire Health Alliance, demonstrating attention to detail in data management. Will is also actively pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Economics at Saint Anselm College, expected to graduate in 2025.
