Michelle Hagen

Michelle Hagen is currently working as a Bioinformatics Analyst at Computomics, specializing in machine learning based classification of drought stress in the soil metagenome. Michelle has previous experience as an Intern at Stockholm University, focusing on phylogenetic analysis of bacteria, as well as internships at Computomics and University Hospital Tübingen in the field of molecular mechanisms of ARDS. Michelle also worked as a Student Assistant at Reutlingen University and holds a Master's degree in Bioinformatics and System Biology from Justus Liebig University Giessen.
