Sasha Berson

Sasha Berson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Growth Officer at Grow Law Firm since September 2021, Sasha previously held the position of VP of Solutions and Managing Partner at Comrade Web Agency, achieving significant operational efficiencies, revenue growth of 40%, and an 800% increase in profitability. As President of Intechnic Corporation from May 2014 to December 2017, focus was on enterprise-level account development and internal system enhancements. Sasha's entrepreneurial journey began as President and Co-Founder of InterFirst Mortgage Company, successfully leading the start-up from December 2001 until its exit in April 2009, and earlier as CEO of Berson Business Development, providing consulting and mentorship to entrepreneurs and executives. Sasha holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois Chicago.
