Michael Ferrara

Michael Ferrara is the VP of Operations at Comrise Technology. Prior to joining Comrise, Michael was with L-3 Communications C2S2 where they served as a Technical Recruiter/Human Resources Generalist. In this role, they conducted high volume, full life-cycle recruiting for the business unit, utilizing Internet resources and employee referrals to locate highly skilled IT and Engineering professionals for positions supporting the US Army and FAA. Michael also scheduled and conducted all applicant interviews, verified and analyzed applicant qualifications during interviews, and extended offers to applicants. Michael was also responsible for conducting new hire orientations and coordinating employee in-processing efforts for remote hires. Michael made extensive use of Ceridian and Taleo to track applicants and staff requisitions throughout the recruiting life-cycle, and also maintained the Human Resources SharePoint site. In addition, they advised hiring managers on recruiting trends and strategies, and took the lead in developing and delivering interviewing, applicant selection, and EEO compliance training presentations to all managers in the business unit. Michael is a skilled recruiter who has a deep understanding of the recruiting process and is able to effectively train other HR personnel in recruiting and interviewing techniques.

Michael Ferrara has a BS in Computer Science from Binghamton University and a BA in Michael'story from Binghamton University. Michael also went to Staten Island Technical Highschool.

Michael Ferrara reports to Chris Ciulla, President. They work with Teresa Wang - Controller, Helena Ma - MTK Director, Comrise APAC, and Monica Wu - Finance & Admin Director, Comrise APAC.
