Peter Komar

Peter Komar is VP of Operations and is responsible for developing and implementing short-term, intermediate and long-term strategies to improve the financial performance and value of the IHG brand properties, the independent hotels, and the select service portfolio. He is also responsible for the continuing improvement in the hotels relative to guest satisfaction, associate satisfaction, and product quality.

Prior to joining Atrium, Peter worked for five years with TPG Hospitality as General Manager at two locations and was an Area Managing Director and General Manager with Lodgian Hotels for 12 years. He also worked for Winegardner & Hammons for 18 years in various roles before assuming a General Manager’s position. Peter’s experience includes hotel management takeovers, new hotel openings, and brand conversions in all markets, including downtown/convention, airport, and resort hotels.
