Leandra Stanley

Leandra S. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives, currently serving as the Director of Diversity and Inclusion Programs at Comscore, Inc. since August 2015. In this role, Leandra leads the development of DEIB strategies, serves as a subject matter expert, and manages employee resource groups while partnering with HR and marketing teams. Additionally, Leandra co-hosts the podcast "DEI Unmasked" and serves as an IDEA Practitioner for NASA's Astrophysics Division. Previous roles include managing staffing operations at Express Healthcare Professionals of Oregon and holding various positions in human resources and data operations. Leandra holds a Bachelor's degree in American Ethnic Studies from Willamette University.
