Louis Gouws

Louis Gouws is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT and engineering management. Currently serving as the Head of DevOps and Enterprise Architect at Comsol Networks since May 2021, Louis brings a wealth of knowledge from previous roles, including Project Manager at Assemble, where responsibilities encompassed managing software projects, scheduling, budgeting, and customer needs analysis. As Enterprise Architect and Engineering Manager at Real Impact Global B.V., Louis designed and maintained the ICT ecosystem while leading an international team and driving IT strategy. Prior experience includes serving as Product Manager and System Engineer at Altron, focusing on product development in Cloud and AI technologies, as well as leading engineering teams for critical communication applications. Earlier in the career, Louis worked as an Operational Specialist in Radio Network Planning at Telkom, identifying sites for network roll-outs. Louis holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Computer and Electronic from North-West University, completed in 2011.
