Naki Matamela

Naki Matamela has worked as a commercial legal advisor, company secretary, and chief legal officer. Naki has over 15 years of experience in the transport sector, negotiating commercial agreements and providing legal advice. In their current role as chief legal officer at Comsol Networks, they are responsible for reviewing and vetting legal contracts, drafting new contracts, and providing legal advice to the company. Naki has a deep understanding of the laws and regulations governing the transport sector, and is able to identify and mitigate potential legal risks. Naki is a skilled negotiator and has a proven track record of successful negotiations with third parties.

Naki Matamela attended the BLA - Commercial Law Program for their commercial law program. Naki then went on to get their advanced certificate in corporate governance from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika. Finally, they completed their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of the Free State/Universiteit van die Vrystaat.
