Zachary Fayne

Zachary Fayne has a diverse work experience, starting as a Legislative Intern in the office of Massachusetts State Senator Dan Wolf in 2014. Zachary then served as a Congressional Intern in the office of United States Senator Elizabeth Warren in 2016. In 2017, Zachary worked as a Summer Legal Intern at Cognex Corporation and went on to become a Legal Intern at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in 2018. Zachary later became a Law Clerk at Ruberto, Israel & Weiner, P.C., followed by a brief tenure as a Law Clerk at the National Football League Players Association. Zachary continued their legal career as a Law Clerk at Pepper Hamilton LLP from 2019 to 2020 and as an Associate at Ballard Spahr LLP from 2020 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Associate Attorney at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP and is soon to become the Vice President, Legal / Counsel at Comstock Companies.

Zachary Fayne obtained a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and Affairs from Suffolk University, which they attended from 2012 to 2016. Following that, they pursued their Juris Doctor degree in Contract/Business Law from George Mason University - Antonin Scalia Law School from 2016 to 2019.
