Elaine Barkdull-Spencer

Elaine Barkdull-Spencer has extensive experience in community outreach, stakeholder management, and economic development. Currently serving as the Director of External Relations at Comstock Mining Inc. since June 2013, Elaine previously worked as a consultant at Barkdull Spencer Agency from December 2009 to June 2013, focusing on community assessments and project support for mining companies in Nevada. Earlier roles include Executive Director of the Elko County Economic Diversification Authority from June 2004 to November 2009, where Elaine promoted industrial growth in Elko County, and Chief Executive Officer of the Elko Chamber of Commerce from January 2000 to June 2004, representing a network of over 600 businesses.
