Heinz Stephan

Heinz Stephan has a diverse work history spanning several industries and roles. Heinz began their career as a Financial Systems Developer at Infoplan in 1991 before moving on to work as a Systems Developer and Architect at the Financial Services Board in 1992. Heinz then worked as a Development Specialist and Consultant at QData, specializing in database and programming languages. Heinz later transitioned into a project management role and project auditing. In 1995, they became a Product Manager at Comparex before joining Comztek in 1996. At Comztek, they held various roles including Head of Hardware Product Management and Head of Hardware, Software, and Retail Product Management. Heinz was responsible for expanding the product range, onboarding new products and technologies, and entering new market segments. Heinz also developed and managed the retailer business unit. In 2013, they joined Westcon-Comstor, starting as the Consumer Solutions Director for Southern Africa and eventually becoming the Services Solutions, Velocity and Renewals Director for SSA. Heinz is currently the Director of Sales Process for Westcon-Comstor International.

Heinz Stephan attended the University of Port Elizabeth from 1988 to 1990, where they obtained a BCOM degree in Economics and Computer Science.
