Sarah Bowden has extensive experience in sales operations and account management, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as an Operational Process Support Specialist at Westcon-Comstor since May 2009, Sarah has held various positions, including VAR Process Alignment Manager and Global Account Manager for BT IPCG. Responsibilities include team management, process alignment, cost savings, customer reporting, and handling escalations. Prior to Westcon-Comstor, Sarah gained sales support experience at Equiinet, Future Electronics, and LG Electronics, along with a background in customer service at HSBC.
