Nicolette Brennan

Nicolette Brennan serves as the Public Information Manager for the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, a position held since March 2009, previously also serving as the Public Information Coordinator. From January 2015 to February 2020, Nicolette worked as an Instructor/Consultant for the State Emergency Management Agency, managing and delivering FEMA's Public Information Officer courses, enhancing emergency management practices within Missouri agencies. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Marketing & Communications for the United Way of Southeast Missouri and earlier roles in marketing and education at various organizations, including Shivelbines Music Store and Tower Music. Nicolette holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Media from Southeast Missouri State University, an Associate of Science in Information Technology from Jefferson College, and training from the Emergency Management Institute.
