Matt Bugbee

Matt Bugbee, PMP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in growth strategy and business development across various sectors, particularly within federal and civilian markets. Currently serving as Chief Growth Officer at Comtech LLC, Bugbee leads enterprise-wide initiatives to identify new market opportunities and foster strategic partnerships. Previous roles include Director of Business Development at SAIC, where notable achievements included generating significant revenue and overseeing substantial IT contract wins. Bugbee has also held senior positions at DMI, Peraton, and Chenega Corporation, demonstrating expertise in program and project management. A certified Project Management Professional since 2007, Bugbee contributed to various client projects, including work with the Department of Housing and Urban Development and the Food and Drug Administration. Bugbee holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Merrimack College.
