Joseph Beltrani

Joseph Beltrani is an experienced Test Manager currently serving at Stellant Systems, Inc. since November 2023 and has held a similar role at Comtech PST since August 2000. Previously, Joseph worked as a Test Supervisor and Test Manager at Comtech PST, and was the Production Test Group Leader at Aerospace Avionics, Inc., where responsibilities included testing complex power supplies and supervising junior technicians from September 1990 to July 2000. Joseph began a career in testing as an Environmental Test Technician at Fairchild Camera and as a Production Test Technician at Hazeltine. Military service as an Aviation Fire Control Technician in the US Navy included work on radar and fire control systems for F4 and F14 aircraft. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management and an Associate in Applied Science in Electrical Engineering Technologies from Farmingdale State College.
