Jonathan Nessmith

Jonathan Nessmith has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Jonathan currently serves as the Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Comtech Telecommunications Corp. In their previous role at Amazon as a Recruiting Manager - Operations Technology, they led a team of technical recruiters and implemented delivery metrics for sourcing divisions. Jonathan also worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Stewart Title, where they implemented recruiting changes resulting in a significant increase in active sourcing fills. Prior to that, they were a Talent Acquisition Lead at CBTS, responsible for headcount needs across all business lines and spearheading continuous improvement programs for difficult-to-fill roles. Jonathan also has experience as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Sysco and held various recruitment roles at Modis, a private company, and Odyssey Information Services. Throughout their career, they have recruited for various industries, including banking, oil and gas, and retail, and has expertise in sourcing top talent and executing full life-cycle recruitment.
