Comtegra jest integratorem systemów informatycznych specjalizującym się w obszarach: Data Protection & Business Continuity, Data Management, Virtualization, Enterprise Mobility Management, Data Security, Database & Analytics i Exascale Computing & Big Data. Firma dostarcza też usługi w modelu Cloud, również w oparciu o własną chmurę obliczeniową, usługi serwisowe i utrzymaniowe.

Comtegra powstała w 1999 r. Początkowo przez kilka pierwszych lat firma dostarczała sprzęt do budowy infrastruktury storage. Doświadczenia z systemami dyskowymi i taśmowymi, później oprogramowaniem do backupu, pozwoliły Comtegra pretendować do miana „storage integrator”. Dalszy, zrównoważony rozwój portfolia usług, jak również inwestycja w kwalifikacje zespołów sprzedażowego i inżynierskiego, umożliwiły osiągnięcie pełnoprawnego statusu integratora systemów IT.

Obecnie Comtegra to stabilna firma, którą tworzy zespół prawie 100 specjalistów. Ich kompetencje pozwalają realizować zaawansowane projekty teleinformatyczne zapewniające klientowi końcowemu wydajne, bezpieczne i optymalne platformy przetwarzania danych. Wyrazem specjalizacji kapitału ludzkiego Comtegra jest ponad 200 certyfikatów technologicznych, również unikalnych w skali kraju: Oracle Master, Symantec Knights, VMware vExpert i Vmware Master Services Competency. Praktycznym dowodem potwierdzającym kompetencje zespołu jest złożoność zrealizowanych projektów: m.in. budowa superkomputera OKEANOS wraz z archiwum obiektowym i klastrem analitycznym dla ICM Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego.

Miejsce Comtegra na polskiej scenie teleinformatycznej odzwierciedlają też wysokie statusy partnerskie producentów technologii ICT. Comtegra to wiodący partner wdrożeniowy: Cisco #2 (obszar datacenter), CommVault #1(Market Builder), Dell EMC #1 (poziom Titanium), NetApp #1 (Platinum), Symantec #1 (Platinum), Veritas #1 (Platinum), VMware #1 (Premier). Firma jest także certyfikowanym ośrodkiem serwisowym NetApp i Quantum (Authorized Partner).
