Ales Gornjec

Ales Gornjec has more than 25 years of experience in the technology and gaming industry. Ales currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Comtrade Gaming since August 2021. Prior to their role as CEO, they held the position of General Manager at Comtrade Gaming from May 2013 to August 2021. Previously, they were the Director of Products and Solutions at Comtrade Gaming from January 2013 to May 2013.

Before joining Comtrade Gaming, Ales worked at ComTrade Group as the Director of Gaming from January 2011 to January 2013. Prior to that, they worked at Hermes SoftLab, where they held various roles including Business Development Manager Gaming from January 2008 to June 2011, Program Manager from January 2005 to December 2007, Senior Project Manager from January 2000 to December 2004, and Software Engineer from January 1996 to December 1999. Throughout their career, Ales has gained extensive experience in leadership, business development, project management, and software engineering.

Ales Gornjec obtained their Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from Univerza v Mariboru between 1991 and 1996, specializing in the field of electrical engineering. Prior to this, they attended Gimnazija Ravne, but the specific years and degree pursued during this time are unknown.
